Alex Flower

General Manager

A Denver native with more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, Alexandra Flower is the general manager of A5 Steakhouse. Beginning her career behind the bar, Flower spent years honing her expertise in cocktail programs and guest experience before transitioning into restaurant leadership and operations management. Her background spans acclaimed restaurants and cocktail bars across Denver, including opening roles at Acorn, Green Russell and Hey Kiddo.

Throughout her career, Flower has led beverage programs ranging from craft cocktails to wine service while building a reputation for thoughtful hospitality and strong team leadership. Beyond the restaurant industry, she served for seven years on the board of the Colorado Bartenders Guild. Outside of work, Flower enjoys backcountry snowboarding, climbing, road cycling and gardening — passions that reflect her adventurous spirit and deep connection to Colorado.
